Following the announcement on the 4th January 2021 by the UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, the directors of Nightfox Investigations have made the decision to pause all street activity in order to protect our field agents and the general public. Until this situation changes and we are authorised by Public Health England and Her Majesty’s Government to commence operations, we will remain closed.

A memorandum dated 5th November 2020 from The Rt Hon Robert Buckland QC MP, Lord Chancellor & Secretary of State for Justice also made provisions under the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No.4) Regulations 2020 and requested during the time when the restrictions are in force that Government advice is adhered to.

A small team of staff working from home will continue to operate behind the scenes so that we will be ready to continue once the lockdown is over.

As a company we feel this is both the ethical and morally correct thing to do. More importantly though, we need to protect our staff, families, clients and the people we are collecting money from.

We will be reviewing the situation daily and will follow updates from Public Health England and from Her Majesty’s Government. We will begin normal practice when it is pertinent and more importantly, safe to do so.

We would like to thank all our clients and staff members for their understanding during this difficult time and wish you all the best of health and the best of luck.

The Directors
